About

grain

My purpose is to support you to discover a happier, more fulfilling and healthy life.

In my own life, I have found that Ayurveda offers simple, yet profound tools for helping human beings move toward greater happiness despite life’s ever-changing circumstances.

I began learning about Ayurveda in 2009 from Gianna Piccardo Ripa. I subsequently embarked on formal Ayurveda studies with my primary spiritual teacher, Shambhavi Sarasvati.

In the spring of 2015, I moved to Portland, Maine from Portland, Oregon in order to be closer to Shambhavi and my community, Jaya Kula.

In 2016, I completed the Kripalu School of Ayurveda 650-hr Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC) training.

I am currently continuing my studies with Jessica Vellela, BAMS, through the American Ayurvedic Academy

I love my daily meditation and mantra practice and studies in the classical tradition of North Indian Tantra. I have also taught yoga to both adults and children. When I’m not doing spiritual stuff, you can find me playing music, working out, cooking or watching sci-fi movies.

Check out the Resources page to find more info about Tantra and Yoga in New England and elsewhere.
